NCX verarbeitet nur Daten, die für die von dir verwendeten Funktionen erforderlich sind. Profil-, Trainings- und Ernährungsdaten bleiben grundsätzlich lokal auf deinem Gerät. NCX verkauft keine personenbezogenen Daten, nutzt Gesundheitsdaten nicht für Werbung und erstellt keine Werbeprofile.
Die App ist ohne Konto nutzbar. Bei einer Anmeldung verarbeitet Supabase die E-Mail-Adresse, die Kennung des gewählten Anbieters (Apple, Google oder E-Mail) und gegebenenfalls den von dir freigegebenen Anzeigenamen. Passwörter werden von Supabase geschützt verarbeitet; NCX erhält kein lesbares Passwort.
Wenn du freiwillig ein Konto und Premium verwendest, werden Profil und Einstellungen, Trainingsplan und Trainingsverlauf, Food-Log, Ernährungsplan und Einkaufsliste, sowie Hydration als Cloud-Backup in Supabase gespeichert. Der Coach-Chat, Tagesnotizen, lokale Fotodateien und direkt aus Apple Health gelesene Werte gehören nicht zum Cloud-Backup. Konto und Cloud-Backup kannst du in der App vollständig löschen.
Nach deiner ausdrücklichen Freigabe liest NCX genau diese Werte: Körpergewicht, heutige Schritte, heutige aktive Energie und die Schlafdauer der letzten Schlafphase. Die Werte bleiben flüchtig im Arbeitsspeicher und können bei einer von dir gestarteten Coach-Anfrage als Kontext an die AI-Verarbeitung gesendet werden; sie werden nicht in das Cloud-Backup geschrieben. NCX liest keine Workouts anderer Apps.
NCX schreibt ausschließlich abgeschlossene Krafttrainings, die du in NCX protokolliert hast, in Apple Health. Health-Berechtigungen verwaltest du jederzeit in iOS; von NCX geschriebene Workouts kannst du über die App löschen.
Nur wenn du eine AI-Funktion ausdrücklich startest, werden die für die Antwort nötigen Inhalte verschlüsselt an den NCX-AI-Proxy auf Cloudflare und das konfigurierte Workers-AI-Modell übertragen. Dazu können deine Nachricht, relevante Profil-, Trainings-, Ernährungs- oder Apple-Health-Werte sowie ein von dir ausgewähltes Essens- oder Kühlschrankfoto gehören. Gewicht, Essen, Wasser, Tagesnotiz und Apple-Health-Werte gehen nur an den Coach, wenn du das in der App ausdrücklich erlaubt hast (Einstellungen → Datenschutz); ohne diese Erlaubnis kennt der Coach nur Trainingsplan, Ziel und Level. Der AI-Proxy speichert Anfragen und Scan-Fotos nicht zusätzlich in einer eigenen Inhaltsdatenbank; dein lokaler Coach-Chat bleibt auf dem Gerät und ist nicht Teil des Cloud-Backups. Cloudflare verwendet diese Inhalte laut Workers-AI-Datenerklärung nicht zum Trainieren oder Verbessern von AI-Modellen.
NCX verlangt von allen Dienstleistern, Daten nur für die beschriebenen Zwecke zu verarbeiten und den gleichen oder gleichwertigen Schutz wie diese Erklärung zu gewährleisten. Bei Übermittlungen außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums werden anerkannte Schutzmechanismen wie Angemessenheitsbeschlüsse oder Standardvertragsklauseln eingesetzt, soweit erforderlich.
Crash- und Nutzungsanalyse ist standardmäßig ausgeschaltet und kann freiwillig aktiviert und wieder deaktiviert werden. Sie enthält keine freien Chattexte, Fotos, Namen oder konkreten Gesundheitswerte. Die App zeichnet keine Sitzungen auf und verwendet keine Werbe-ID.
Davon getrennt sind technische Fehlerberichte. Wenn du sie freiwillig einschaltest und NCX eine Fehlermeldung zeigt, können der sichtbare Fehlercode, Zeitpunkt, App- und iOS-Version, ein kurzer technischer Marker und eine pseudonyme Installations-Kennung übertragen und 90 Tage gespeichert werden. Diese Kennung ist keinem Konto zugeordnet; Eingaben, Nachrichten, Fotos und Gesundheitswerte werden nicht übertragen. Fehlerberichte sind standardmäßig ausgeschaltet und können in den Einstellungen jederzeit wieder deaktiviert werden.
Lokale App-Funktionen, Konto, Cloud-Backup und Premium werden verarbeitet, um den von dir angeforderten Dienst bereitzustellen. Apple Health, Gesundheitsdaten im Coach, AI-Fotos, Analyse und Fehlerberichte verwenden wir nur nach deiner Einwilligung. Sicherheits-, Missbrauchs- und Kontingentschutz beruht auf unserem berechtigten Interesse an einem sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb. Eine Einwilligung kannst du jederzeit in den App- oder iOS-Einstellungen mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen.
Einträge im Food Log werden nach 90 Tagen automatisch gelöscht, lokale Mahlzeiten- und Kühlschrankfotos nach 7 Tagen und der Coach-Chat nach 7 Tagen. Scan-Fotos lassen sich auf Wunsch sofort löschen. Cloud-Backup und Kontodaten bleiben bis zur Kontolöschung gespeichert, soweit keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen. Technische NCX-Fehlerberichte werden nach 90 Tagen gelöscht; optionale Analyseanbieter verwenden die im jeweiligen Dienst konfigurierte Aufbewahrung.
Über „Alle Daten löschen“ entfernst du lokale NCX-Daten und noch nicht gesendete Fehlerberichte. Wenn du angemeldet bist, werden zusätzlich Konto und Cloud-Backup gelöscht; die vollständige Löschung fordert auch die Entfernung bereits gesendeter NCX-Fehlerberichte an. Systemberechtigungen verwaltest du in iOS.
Du kannst Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit oder Widerspruch verlangen und dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren. Nutze dafür die Kontaktadresse unten. Freiwillige Einwilligungen kannst du jederzeit in den Einstellungen zurücknehmen.
Für die Lizenz und Nutzung der NCX-App gilt Apples Standard-Endnutzer-Lizenzvertrag (Standard-EULA), sofern im App Store keine abweichende Lizenzvereinbarung angezeigt wird.
NCX Premium wird als monatlich oder jährlich automatisch verlängerndes Abonnement angeboten. Preis, Laufzeit und eine mögliche Testphase werden vor dem Kauf mit den Angaben des App Store angezeigt. Die Zahlung wird dem Apple-ID-Konto belastet. Das Abo verlängert sich automatisch, wenn es nicht spätestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums in den Apple-Abonnementeinstellungen gekündigt wird. Rückerstattungen und Abrechnung werden von Apple nach den dort geltenden Regeln bearbeitet.
Das Löschen deines NCX-Kontos beendet dein Apple-Abo nicht. Kündige das Abo vor der Kontolöschung unter Apple-Abonnements verwalten, wenn es nicht weiterlaufen soll.
NCX unterstützt Trainingsplanung, Ernährungserfassung und Essensvorschläge auf Anfrage, ersetzt aber keine medizinische Beratung. Trainiere nur im Rahmen deiner Fähigkeiten und stoppe bei Schmerzen, Schwindel oder Unwohlsein. AI-Ergebnisse können fehlerhaft sein und müssen vor der Anwendung geprüft werden.
AI-Empfehlungen sind Vorschläge, keine Diagnose. Teile keine Namen, Kontaktdaten oder andere identifizierende Informationen im Coach-Chat. Bei Verletzungen, akuten Beschwerden, Essstörungen, Schwangerschaft oder chronischen Erkrankungen hole professionellen medizinischen Rat ein.
Die eingebaute Nährwertdatenbank stammt aus USDA FoodData Central (SR Legacy), einem gemeinfreien Datensatz der US-Regierung. Die Online-Suche nach Markenprodukten nutzt Open Food Facts, verfügbar unter der Open Database License (ODbL). Nährwerte sind Referenzwerte und können von der tatsächlichen Zusammensetzung abweichen.

NCX processes only data needed for the features you use. Profile, training and nutrition data generally remain locally on your device. NCX does not sell personal data, use health data for advertising, or build advertising profiles.
The app works without an account. When you sign in, Supabase processes the email address, the identifier of the selected provider (Apple, Google or email), and any display name you chose to share. Passwords are protected by Supabase; NCX never receives a readable password.
If you voluntarily use an account and Premium, your profile and settings, training plan and history, Food Log, nutrition plan and shopping list, and hydration are stored in Supabase as a cloud backup. The Coach chat, daily notes, local photo files and values read directly from Apple Health are not included. You can fully delete the account and cloud backup in the app.
After your explicit permission, NCX reads exactly these values: body weight, today’s step count, today’s active energy and the duration of the latest sleep session. They remain temporarily in memory and may be sent as context when you start a Coach request; they are not written to the cloud backup. NCX does not read workouts from other apps.
NCX writes only completed strength workouts that you logged in NCX to Apple Health. You can manage Health permissions in iOS at any time and delete workouts written by NCX through the app.
Only when you explicitly start an AI feature is the content needed for the response sent over an encrypted connection to the NCX AI proxy on Cloudflare and the configured Workers AI model. This may include your message, relevant profile, training, nutrition or Apple Health values, and a meal or fridge photo you selected. Weight, food, water, your daily note and Apple Health values are only sent to the coach if you have explicitly allowed it in the app (Settings → Privacy); without that permission the coach only knows your training plan, goal and level. The AI proxy does not separately store requests or scan photos in its own content database; your local Coach chat stays on your device and is not part of the cloud backup. According to Cloudflare’s Workers AI data statement, Cloudflare does not use this content to train or improve AI models.
NCX requires every service provider to process data only for the purposes described here and to provide the same or equivalent protection as this policy. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses are used where required.
Crash and usage analytics is off by default and can be voluntarily enabled and disabled again. It does not include free chat text, photos, names or specific health values. The app does not record sessions or use an advertising identifier.
Technical error reports are separate. If you voluntarily enable them and NCX displays an error message, the visible error code, time, app and iOS version, a short technical marker and a pseudonymous installation identifier may be transmitted and stored for 90 days. The identifier is not linked to an account; input, messages, photos and health values are not transmitted. Error reports are off by default and can be disabled again in Settings at any time.
Local app features, the account, cloud backup and Premium are processed to provide the service you request. Apple Health, health data in the coach, AI photos, analytics and error reports are used only with your consent. Security, abuse prevention and quota protection are based on our legitimate interest in operating a safe and reliable service. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app or iOS settings for future processing.
Food Log entries are automatically deleted after 90 days, local meal and fridge photos after 7 days, and the Coach chat at the end of the day. Scan photos can be removed immediately if you choose that option. Cloud backup and account data remain until account deletion unless legal retention obligations apply. NCX technical error reports are deleted after 90 days; optional analytics providers use the retention configured for the respective service.
“Delete all data” removes local NCX data and queued error reports. When signed in, it also deletes the account and cloud backup; full deletion additionally requests deletion of NCX error reports already sent. System permissions are managed in iOS.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Use the contact address below. You can withdraw optional consent at any time in Settings.
The license and use of the NCX app are governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) unless a different license agreement is shown in the App Store.
NCX Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price, duration and any trial period are shown from the App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to the Apple ID account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds and billing are handled by Apple under its applicable rules.
Deleting your NCX account does not cancel your Apple subscription. If you do not want it to continue, cancel it before deleting the account under Manage Apple subscriptions.
NCX supports training planning, nutrition logging and on-request meal suggestions but is not a substitute for medical advice. Only train within your abilities and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. AI results can be wrong and must be reviewed before use.
AI recommendations are suggestions, not a diagnosis. Do not share names, contact details or other identifying information in the coach chat. For injuries, acute symptoms, eating disorders, pregnancy or chronic conditions, seek professional medical advice.
The built-in nutrition database comes from USDA FoodData Central (SR Legacy), a public-domain dataset of the US government. The online search for branded products uses Open Food Facts under the Open Database License (ODbL). Nutrition values are reference values and may differ from the actual product.
